سياسة الخصوصية

توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها موقع «خد أقولك» (5od2olak.com)، وكيف نستخدمها، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وكيف يمكنك طلب حذفها. للتواصل بخصوص الخصوصية: info@5od2olak.com.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
أ. زوار الموقع
لا نطلب من زوار الموقع إنشاء حساب أو إدخال أي بيانات. خادم الموقع يسجل تلقائيًا بيانات تقنية عن كل طلب: عنوان IP، ونوع المتصفح ونظام التشغيل، والصفحة المطلوبة، ووقت الطلب. ولحساب عدد مشاهدات الفيديوهات نستخدم بصمة مشفّرة تتغير يوميًا، ولا نحفظ عنوان IP في هذا الإحصاء.
ب. من يفتح رابط مشاركة من فريقنا
بعض الروابط التي يرسلها فريقنا تحتوي على رمز مميز لكل مشاركة. عند فتح رابط من هذا النوع نسجل: عنوان IP ورقم المنفذ (Port)، والتاريخ والوقت، ونوع المتصفح ونظام التشغيل والجهاز، ولغة المتصفح، والصفحة التي جاء منها الزائر. ونسجل كذلك معلومات يرسلها المتصفح عن الجهاز: مقاس الشاشة، والمنطقة الزمنية، واللغات، وعدد أنوية المعالج، وتقدير الذاكرة، ودعم اللمس، ونوع الاتصال، وهل المتصفح آلي.
ج. بيانات مستلمي المشاركات
قد يسجل أعضاء فريقنا بيانات الشخص الذي أرسلوا له رابطًا، مثل الاسم ورقم الموبايل ومعرّف فيسبوك واسم المستخدم ورابط الحساب. هذه البيانات يدخلها فريقنا ولا نجمعها من الشخص نفسه.
د. أعضاء فريق التحرير
لأصحاب الحسابات في لوحة التحرير نحفظ: اسم المستخدم، والاسم الظاهر، وكلمة المرور مشفّرة (لا نحفظها كنص)، وكوكي الجلسة. ونحفظ سجل نشاط لكل حساب يشمل الدخول والخروج، والصفحات التي فُتحت، والإجراءات التي تمت، مع عنوان IP ورقم المنفذ والجهاز.
هـ. الصور والفيديوهات المرفوعة
عند رفع فريقنا صورًا أو فيديوهات للمشاركة، نحذف منها البيانات المخفية مثل الموقع الجغرافي (GPS) وبيانات الجهاز. والفيديوهات المرفوعة تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد مدة يحددها مسؤول الموقع (30 يومًا افتراضيًا).
و. فيسبوك وMeta
نستخدم تطبيقنا على منصة Meta لنشر محتوى الموقع على الصفحات التي نديرها فقط. لا نستخدم تسجيل الدخول بفيسبوك على الموقع، ولا نجمع من خلال هذا التطبيق بيانات شخصية لمستخدمي فيسبوك.
2. الكوكيز
لا نستخدم كوكيز للإعلانات أو لتتبع زوار الموقع. الكوكي الوحيد الذي نضعه هو كوكي جلسة لأعضاء فريق التحرير بعد تسجيل الدخول. ونعرض فيديوهات يوتيوب من خلال youtube-nocookie.com، وعند تشغيل الفيديو تنطبق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بجوجل.
3. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- تشغيل الموقع وتقديم المحتوى.
- حماية الموقع، واكتشاف الزيارات الآلية والوهمية ومحاولات الاختراق.
- قياس وصول المحتوى الذي ينشره فريقنا، ومتابعة توزيعه.
- متابعة عمل فريق التحرير ومراجعة ما يتم في لوحة التحرير.
لا نبيع البيانات، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
4. مشاركة البيانات
لا نشارك البيانات مع أي طرف آخر، باستثناء مزود الاستضافة الذي يشغّل خوادمنا، والجهات المختصة إذا طُلب ذلك بموجب القانون. ويطّلع على البيانات داخل لوحة التحرير أعضاء فريقنا فقط، كل حسب صلاحياته.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بسجلات زيارات روابط المشاركة وسجلات نشاط الفريق وبيانات المستلمين إلى أن يحذفها مسؤول مخوّل، أو إلى أن نتلقى طلب حذف صالحًا. والفيديوهات المرفوعة تُحذف تلقائيًا كما ذكرنا أعلاه.
6. حماية البيانات
نستخدم اتصالًا مشفّرًا (HTTPS)، ونحفظ كلمات المرور مشفّرة، ونقصر الوصول إلى البيانات على أعضاء الفريق حسب صلاحيات محددة، ونسجل من يطّلع على البيانات الحساسة.
7. حقوقك وطلب حذف البيانات
يحق لك أن تطلب معرفة البيانات المحفوظة عنك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها. لطلب الحذف:
- أرسل رسالة إلى info@5od2olak.com بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات».
- اذكر ما يساعدنا على الوصول إلى بياناتك: رقم الموبايل، أو معرّف أو رابط حساب فيسبوك، أو الرابط الذي وصلك، أو اسم المستخدم إن كان لك حساب في لوحة التحرير.
- قد نطلب منك ما يثبت هويتك، حتى لا نحذف بيانات شخص آخر.
- نرد خلال 30 يومًا، ونؤكد لك تمام الحذف.

8. القُصّر
الموقع غير موجّه لمن هم دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات عنهم. إذا علمت أننا نحتفظ ببيانات قاصر، تواصل معنا لحذفها.
9. القانون المطبّق
نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية، ومنها قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151 لسنة 2020.
10. تعديل السياسة
قد نعدّل هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث.
Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data «Khod A'ollak» (5od2olak.com) collects, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it. Privacy contact: info@5od2olak.com.
1. Data we collect
a. Website visitors
We do not ask visitors to create an account or enter any data. Our server automatically logs technical data for each request: IP address, browser and operating system, the requested page, and the time of the request. To count video views we use an encrypted fingerprint that changes daily; we do not store the IP address for this count.
b. People who open a link shared by our team
Some links our team sends contain a unique code for each share. When such a link is opened we record: IP address and source port, date and time, browser, operating system and device, browser language, and the referring page. We also record device information sent by the browser: screen size, time zone, languages, number of processor cores, approximate memory, touch support, connection type, and whether the browser is automated.
c. Share recipients
Our team members may record details of the person they sent a link to, such as name, mobile number, Facebook ID, username and profile link. This data is entered by our team; we do not collect it from the person directly.
d. Editorial team members
For newsroom account holders we store: username, display name, a hashed password (never stored as plain text), and a session cookie. We keep an activity log for each account covering sign-ins and sign-outs, pages opened and actions taken, together with IP address, source port and device.
e. Uploaded photos and videos
When our team uploads photos or videos for sharing, we remove hidden metadata such as GPS location and device details. Uploaded videos are deleted automatically after a period set by the site administrator (30 days by default).
f. Facebook and Meta
We use our Meta app only to publish our content to Pages we manage. We do not offer Facebook Login on the website, and we do not collect personal data of Facebook users through this app.
2. Cookies
We do not use advertising or visitor-tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a session cookie for editorial team members after they sign in. YouTube videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com; when you play a video, Google's privacy policy applies.
3. How we use data
- To operate the website and deliver content.
- To protect the website and detect automated or fake visits and intrusion attempts.
- To measure the reach of content our team shares and follow its distribution.
- To oversee the editorial team's work and review activity in the newsroom.
We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing data
We do not share data with third parties, except our hosting provider that runs our servers, and the competent authorities when required by law. Inside the newsroom, data is visible only to our team members according to their permissions.
5. Retention
We keep share-link visit logs, team activity logs and recipient details until they are deleted by an authorized administrator or until we receive a valid deletion request. Uploaded videos are deleted automatically as described above.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords hashed, restrict access to data by role-based permissions, and log who accesses sensitive data.
7. Your rights and data deletion
You may ask to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To request deletion:
- Email info@5od2olak.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include details that help us find your data: mobile number, Facebook ID or profile link, the link you received, or your newsroom username if you have an account.
- We may ask you to verify your identity so we do not delete someone else's data.
- We reply within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete.

8. Minors
The website is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we hold data about a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Governing law
We handle personal data in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the new version on this page with its last-updated date.
