1. عن الموقع
«خد أقولك» منصة إخبارية تنشر أخبارًا وتحليلات وتحقيقات وفيديوهات بغرض الإعلام العام. المحتوى متاح لزوار الموقع مجانًا ودون حاجة إلى إنشاء حساب.
2. حقوق المحتوى
- المحتوى المنشور على الموقع، من نصوص وتصميم وشعارات، مملوك لـ«خد أقولك» أو لأصحابه ومصادره الأصلية، ومحمي بقوانين الملكية الفكرية.
- يمكنك مشاركة روابط الموضوعات على مواقع التواصل والمراسلة بحرية.
- لا يجوز إعادة نشر المحتوى كاملًا أو استخدامه تجاريًا دون إذن مكتوب منا. ويجوز الاقتباس المحدود مع ذكر «خد أقولك» ورابط الموضوع.
- بعض الصور والفيديوهات مملوكة لأطراف أخرى، وتخضع لحقوق أصحابها.
3. دقة المحتوى وحدود المسؤولية
نبذل جهدنا لنشر معلومات دقيقة وموثّقة، لكن الأخبار قد تتغير أو تتطور بعد نشرها، ولا نضمن خلو المحتوى من الأخطاء. المحتوى للإعلام العام، ولا يُعد نصيحة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية. ولا نتحمل مسؤولية أي قرار يُتخذ بناءً عليه. إذا وجدت خطأ، راسلنا لنراجعه ونصححه.
4. الروابط والمحتوى من مواقع أخرى
قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لمواقع أخرى، أو على محتوى مضمّن منها مثل فيديوهات يوتيوب. لا نتحكم في هذه المواقع ولا نتحمل مسؤولية محتواها، وتنطبق عليها شروطها وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
عند استخدام الموقع، لا يجوز لك:
- محاولة اختراق الموقع أو أنظمته، أو الوصول إلى أجزاء غير مسموح لك بها.
- إرسال طلبات آلية بكثافة تؤثر على عمل الموقع، أو نسخ محتواه بطرق آلية لإعادة نشره.
- انتحال صفة «خد أقولك» أو أحد أعضاء فريقها.
- استخدام الموقع في أي نشاط مخالف للقانون.
6. روابط المشاركة
يرسل فريقنا روابط تحتوي على رمز مميز لكل مشاركة، لقياس وصول المحتوى. عند فتح رابط من هذا النوع تُسجَّل بيانات الزيارة كما توضح سياسة الخصوصية.
7. حسابات فريق التحرير
- حسابات لوحة التحرير مخصصة لأعضاء فريقنا فقط، وتُفعَّل بعد موافقة الإدارة.
- صاحب الحساب مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخوله، وعن كل ما يتم من خلال حسابه.
- كل عضو يعمل في حدود الصلاحيات الممنوحة له، ويُسجَّل نشاطه في لوحة التحرير.
- يحق للإدارة إيقاف أي حساب أو تعديل صلاحياته عند إساءة الاستخدام أو مخالفة هذه الشروط.
8. فيسبوك ومنصات التواصل
نستخدم تطبيقنا على منصة Meta لنشر محتوى الموقع على الصفحات التي نديرها. عند تفاعلك مع منشوراتنا على فيسبوك أو غيره من المنصات، تنطبق كذلك شروط تلك المنصات وسياساتها.
9. الخصوصية
توضح سياسة الخصوصية البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها وكيف تطلب حذفها، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.
10. تعديل الشروط
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.
11. القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المصرية بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

Khod A'ollak is a news platform publishing news, analysis, investigations and videos for public information. Content is free to visitors and does not require an account.
2. Content rights
- Content on the website, including text, design and logos, is owned by Khod A'ollak or by its original owners and sources, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may freely share links to our articles on social media and messaging apps.
- You may not republish content in full or use it commercially without our written permission. Short quotations are allowed with credit to Khod A'ollak and a link to the article.
- Some photos and videos are owned by third parties and remain subject to their owners' rights.
3. Accuracy and limitation of liability
We work to publish accurate, sourced information, but news can change after publication and we do not guarantee that content is free of errors. - Impersonate Khod A'ollak or any member of its team.

6. Share links
Our team sends links containing a unique code for each share to measure the reach of our content. When such a link is opened, visit data is recorded as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Editorial team accounts
- Newsroom accounts are for our team members only and are activated after approval by the administration.
- Account holders are responsible for keeping their sign-in details confidential and for all activity under their account.
- Each member works within the permissions granted to them, and their activity in the newsroom is logged.
- The administration may suspend any account or change its permissions in case of misuse or breach of these terms.
8. Facebook and social platforms
We use our Meta app to publish our content to Pages we manage. When you interact with our posts on Facebook or other platforms, those platforms' own terms and policies also apply.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and how you can request its deletion, and forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the new version on this page with its last-updated date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
